Based in Berri, Destination Riverland is a not-for-profit organisation that has a strong working partnership with the South Australian Tourism Commission and the four Local Government Councils that cover the Riverland tourism region, to ensure all activities align with the state’s overall marketing direction.

Riverland Tourism Plan 2030
Destination Riverland and the 4 Riverland Local Governments making up the region are pleased to announce they have secured federal grant funding to develop the Riverland Strategic Tourism Plan 2030 for the Riverland Tourism Region.
South Australian tourism strategists, Paige Rowett and Rebecca White from Tourism eSchool (www.tourismeschool.com) have been appointed as the consultants to deliver the Strategy which will focus on competitively positioning the Region through identifying opportunities to maximize visitation and yield.
Tourism industry stakeholders within the region are invited to attend a consultation Workshop to share your ideas for the new Plan. Click here for times and dates to register.
